Where is my order?

If your delivery is due today and it’s late, please double-check the delivery date on your confirmation email, and also make sure we haven’t sent you any emails.
Our customer services team is always here to help, but they won’t have more specific order arrival times than you’ll find.

Can I place an order without an account?

Yes you can place an order without creating an account. Simply you need to proceed as a guest but you will not have the benefits provided for account users.

How does the delivery take place?

Goods will be delivered upon the availability and location.
Please refer to the chart for free delivery cities and applicable ones. Special deliveries can be accommodated with an additional fee and for more information, please contact our customer care team.

The Goods will only be delivered to the provided locations on our website.
Your statutory rights are not affected. If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact our customer care team.

Can anybody place an order?

Anyone who is above the age of 18 years and has a valid Visa or Master card is entitled to place an order. Children under 18 years are only allowed to buy through their parents or guardians.

How to place an order?

1. Create an account by registering with us at jambosl.com
   
    Why: 
    (i)   To track your purchase orders. 
    (ii)  To check your order history.
    (iii) To receive promotions and discounts.  
    (iv) To remember and repeat favorite orders.  
 
2. Select the item of your choice and its product specification.
 
3. Enter your delivery location and contact number (Goods will be delivered to the address given).
 
4. Select payment method. 
 
5. Once payment is done, you will receive a purchase confirmation of the items via an e-mail.

Delivery Cities

Apart from our normal deliveries to Maldives now we deliver within Colombo and its suburbs.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Type your tracking number in the website to check the order / delivery status.
 

Do you charge for the delivery?

We delivery within Colombo and its suburbs and the delivery charges are starting from LKR 250. We deliver to Maldives via air & sea freight and the freight would be subject to its weight. 

Do you deliver on holidays?

We do deliver on weekends and holidays.
 

Is there a minimum order value for the purchase?

Yes, a total order value of LKR1500 for orders within Sri Lanka. 500Kgs for the total shipment for Maldives.
